    Please check your spam and junk folders to make sure your reading has not ended up in one of these folders. I mark your reading as your name.

FAQs

When will I receive my reading?

You will receive your reading anytime between two to five business days after payment has been received and cleared (this excludes Emergency Readings which are delivered in 1-24 hours (same day). The wait times may vary depending on how many bookings I have received prior to your order.

Am I able to re-watch my reading?

Yes, readings are available to be watched whenever you like and are never removed from the platform to which they are uploaded to. Your reading will remain private and will continue to only be accessible by the link provided to you.

Can I change my questions?

Yes, you are able to change your questions but you must give me enough notice so I am able to prepare. If you wish to change your questions I require at least two days notice before the fifth business day. This excludes emergency readings.

How do I cancel my reading?

To cancel your order I require one days notice, to cancel your order please message me directly and I will organize a refund. For more information on refunds please refer to our Refund Policy.

How do readings work?

Readings are conducted by using a mix of intuitive thoughts and Tarot cards. The process involves me looking into your questions and focusing on finding answers from the universe and spirit rather than my own thoughts and opinions. These readings involve a term called channeling, which means a process of allowing answers to be brought forth from a spiritual and higher consciousness.

Do you do face to face readings?

No, I currently do not offer this option. However, I will in the future.
